Skills
High school Education in a technical field is preferred – e. g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.
Experience in maintenance of machines or production lines - knowledge of the printing industry is an advantage
Ability to read technical documentation
Ability to work individually and as part of a team, responsibility and an active approach to work
PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Your responsibilities:
Operate and keeps the machine running, minor adjustments to machine settings to achieve the highest level of production quality
Continuous quality inspection of your own production, supply of input material in cooperation with the warehouse
Minor operational machine maintenance and cooperation on preventive maintenance with the main maintenance dpt.
Your qualification:
Education of High School education or GED is required
At least 2+ years of previous experience in machine operation
General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
Good physical condition with ability to lifting heavy items
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
QUALITY ENGINEER
Your responsibilities:
Maintain, develop, and update the Master Control Plan according to the needs of the production environment – seeking for continuous improvement, ensure execution in serial production, react on deviations, lead corrective action plan
Implementation of the main processes of the Quality System - including - definition and continuous maintenance of the Quality Manual/Guide, managed documentation covering each steps of the production quality control, description of the use of measuring tools, definition of acceptable tolerances and deviations, etc.
Regular reporting to the Plant Manager, performing a regular internal process audits, evaluation and resolution of customer complaints
Training and skills development of line Quality Inspectors

Your willingness to travel to the Czech Republic before the launch of production in the USA for training purposes
Your qualification:
Bachelor´s degree in an Engineering related fields or 3+ years of direct experience from Quality dpt. in a production environment
Previous practical experience in the printing industry put you ahead
Ability to operate IT technology – PC/PDA/TABLET – including – implementation of advanced IT technologies based on AI, PowerBI etc. into the daily life of the department
Team player open to work in and international environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept and implement proven processes
WAREHOUSE WORKER

Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse, production area and loading ramps
